In-store pickup
In-store pickup is the default option for every appliance. After you place your order, we'll follow up to confirm a pickup date and time. Bring help and tie-downs for larger appliances.
Local delivery
Local delivery is offered on request for select appliances in and around Washtenaw County. Delivery fees are quoted at checkout or before your order is finalized. Installation and haul-away are not included unless explicitly stated on your order.
Specific pickup instructions, delivery zones, and fees are managed from the owner dashboard.
